Community Notification & Outreach Efforts
BEE Learning Center initiated comprehensive community notification efforts to inform stakeholders of its intent to apply for the 21st CCLC grant.

Outreach efforts included:

• Distribution of letters requesting support

• Email outreach to community partners, funders, and stakeholders

• Flyers shared with local organizations and public and private schools

• Social media announcements (including Facebook and Instagram)

• Press release distributed to community organizations and media outlets

• Press release sent to targeted public and private schools

• Dedicated 21st CCLC webpage established and maintained

  
  

Request for Letters of Support
BEE Learning Center requested letters of support from local businesses, community funders, the Sarasota County School Board, Sarasota County Schools, and other community partners providing tangible support.

Application Deadline Update
The submission deadline for the 21st CCLC grant has been extended from April 28, 2026, to May 11, 2026.

Community Notice Compliance Statement
BEE Learning Center has implemented a comprehensive and multi-platform community notification process to ensure broad awareness of its intent to apply for the 21st CCLC grant. Notifications were distributed through email, printed materials, social media, press releases, and direct outreach to public and private schools, community organizations, and stakeholders. Information regarding the proposal and program services has been made accessible through the organization’s website, with continued updates provided to ensure transparency and ongoing community engagement in alignment with grant requirements.
